Tereza Zelenkova

Tereza Zelenková (born 1985, Czechoslovakia) is an artist working primarily with black and white analogue photography. She received her BA (Hons) in Photographic Arts at the University of Westminster in London in 2010 and her MA in Photography at the Royal College of Art in London in 2012. She had received multiple awards for her work, among them Jerwood Photoworks Award (2015). Her first book Supreme Vice (2011) was published by Mörel Books and she has also several self-published books to her name. Her recent solo exhibitions had been at The Ravestijn Gallery in Amsterdam (2018), Foam Museum in Amsterdam (2018), and at NoD Gallery in Prague (2017). Zelenková has also shown at Frac Île-de-France in Paris (2020), Unseen Photography Festival in Amsterdam (2019), Silver Eye Photography Centre in Pittsburgh (2019), Whitechapel Gallery in London (2017), Le Bal in Paris (2015) and Musée de l’Élysée in Lausanne (2015). Her photographs are in collections of Victoria & Albert Museum, Foam Photography Museum, Musée de l’Élysé, Saatchi Gallery and Fotomuseum Winterthur.
